(“SCIHP”), a Tribal Health Program founded and operated by a consortium of sovereign Indian nations, on its successful transition to Self-Governance under the Indian Self-Determination Act. Title V represents a truer expression of the nation-to-nation relationship between the Unites States and Tribal Nations, and this transition to Self-Governance will provide SCIHP with greater control over the culturally competent, high quality healthcare services it provides to American Indians throughout its service area. We were honored to represent SCIHP throughout this important transition and applaud SCIHP and its Consortium Tribes on this accomplishment.
